What is washington terrace city?

Washington Terrace is a city located in Weber County, Utah, United States. It is bordered by the cities of Roy to the north and South Ogden to the south. The population of the city was 9,067 as of the 2010 census.

The city was incorporated in 1948 and was named after the adjacent Hill Air Force Base, which was originally named Hill Field. The city has a total area of 1.5 square miles, all of which is land.

The city offers a range of activities such as hiking, biking, and swimming in nearby lakes. Hill AFB, which is adjacent to the city, is a major employer in the area, employing over 20,000 people. The city has several parks, including one with a playground, picnic area, and a splash pad.
